Attorney Allie Palmer has built her career around helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, real estate transactions, and business law — delivering thoughtful, strategic solutions for every stage of life.

Allie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law, graduating with highest honors, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma. With her strong foundation in accounting and business law, she brings a detail-driven approach to every client matter – structuring effective estate plans and guiding clients through even the most complex legal processes with clarity and care.

Before founding Palmer Estate Law, Allie served as Head of the Estate Planning and Probate Department at her previous firm.

Allie and her husband Ashton, both native Oklahomans, are actively involved in their church community. They have one daughter, Brady, and enjoy spending time together on walks, at the gym, and serving through their church.

Clarkson Wehrli, Of Counsel to Palmer Estate Law, brings a strong business and litigation background to the team. As General Counsel in the private sector, Clarkson focuses primarily on insurance defense and civil litigation, providing strategic counsel in managing disputes and protecting client interests. He earned his Business Degree from Oral Roberts University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law. With extensive experience negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts for Fortune 500 companies, Clarkson offers Palmer Estate Law valuable insight into business strategy, legal structuring, and practical solutions for clients with corporate or estate planning needs. His strategic approach ensures clients receive both trusted legal guidance and sound business perspective.
